Terms and Conditions

When you purchase from North Coast Modern, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions:

Shipping

Since all pieces are made-to-order, allow for a lead time of around 16 weeks until pieces are ready to ship.  With current supply chain issues in our industry, lead times cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Standard shipping is free within the Continental United States. Shipping is via standard freight, items are crated for shipping.  Customer is responsible for uncrating and bringing items into their homes.  

All Sales Final

All items are made-to-order, so all sales are final.  If there is any damage non-shipping related upon delivery, we will replace any damaged parts.  If the entire piece is destroyed upon delivery, we will offer to replace it free of charge.

Any damage from shipping must be noted at the time of delivery with the shipping company for it to be covered.  Please inspect the crate and contents for shipping related damage before signing any release with the shipper.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within the first 6 weeks.  Orders may be canceled between weeks 6 and 12 for a 75% refund.  After 12 weeks cancelled orders may receive a 50% refund.

Buyer Must Inspect Shipments for Damage
